Of French manufacture in silver gilt with red enamels, hallmarked on the integral ring with a boar's head (denoting French manufacture of 900 silver, post 1838), measuring 55. 5 mm (w) x 75 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, gilt wear and contact marks evident on the reverse, on its original ribbon, near extremely fine.
