Constructed of gilded and silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms and with a circular oak leaf wreath joining the quadrants, the obverse bearing a central black swastika, with the 12 oclock arm bearing a raised number 12, the reverse
