Drifting through the nostrils are fragrant scents of dark cherry, anise and rhubarb followed by some dried herb, spicy bramble and subtle varnish like notes. Spicy dark cherry and rhubarb flavours decorate the palate with a supple feel. Some anise, earth and brambly dried herb like characters linger underneath. Velvet smooth tannins with a soft yet spicy finish.
