Yarrh Wines Mr Natural Pet Nat 2022 Size::1 Bottle Dark amber in colour"Pet Nat is short for Ptillant Naturel an ancient French method of creating a sparkling wine by bottling the wine just before fermentation finishes so it continues in bottle, thus creating the bubbles. This does leave some sediment so its a good idea to stand it up in the fridge before serving. An added bonus of this style is its preservative free.
