It is clear and non yellowing for good readability of labels or tags. With a 3: 1 shrink ratio it suits a wide range of rope diameters. When applying to spliced ropes that have become thicker due to the eye and throat of the splice we find it good for the following: 18 6mm for 8 10mm prusik cordage 24 10mm for 24 8mm for 11 13mm climbing lines. 30 10mm for 14 18mm rigging lines.
