Instituted c. 1925. In silver gilt and enamels, of local manufacture, featuring an eight point red enamelled cross with large ball finials, a white and green lotus flower overlay sits atop the arms, with a central medallion featuring an eagle on a black enamel field, surrounded by an Arabic inscription (The Iraqi Kingdom Loving the Country is Faith), the reverse medallion Arabic inscription (Justice is the Basis for the
