The 13 track album is a fan favorite and includes the hits 'I'm Not Okay (I Promise), 'Helena', 'The Ghost of You', and 'You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison'. The entire album has been remixed by Rich Costey and is packaged in brand new artwork. Additionally, four bonus tracks recorded for BBC in 2005 have been included.
