Two piece construction, composed of silver gilt, a green enamel Maltese Cross with white enamel border, between each arm are crowns with ornate detailing, the obverse presents a white enamel centerpiece inscribed with a crowned FA surrounded by a thin green ring and gilt detailing, the reverse presents a white enamel centerpiece inscribed PROVI DENTIAE MEMOR surrounded by a thin green enamel ring
