A cap eagle constructed of flat and round bullion wires, on a thick padded black wool backing, the reverse presents a paper tag with markings in pencil, measuring 65 mm (w) x 34 mm (h), and in fair condition. Footnote: Previously removed from a Third Reich political party podium flag.
