Fowles Stone Dwellers Rose 2022 Size::1 Bottle couvertureWinemaking The fruit for this wine was harvested from Block 13. 6 on our Upton Road Vineyard. It was harvested using a combination of selective process harvester and hand harvesting. The fruit was delicately crushed and then fermented at between 15 18 degrees in stainless steel to maintain fresh primary fruit aromas and flavours. The results are a light to medium body Ros boasting reliability and made to enjoy now.
