Constructed of paper stock, the obverse bearing a full colour and exceptionally detailed illustration of Tiger 134, flanked by a signature of RESTAYN for Jean Restayn, and situated above the handwritten signature of Panzer ace Willi Fey (Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, 29 April 1945), the reverse featuring a lengthy French language text chronicling Feys campaign with black and white photographs,
