Constructed of 23K Gold with platinum and multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular wheat stalk wreath, joined together at the bottom by a red enameled hammer and sickle, flanked on the right by a red enameled five pointed star and on the left by a banner flag similarly executed in red enamel and bearing a gilt inscription of (LENIN), surrounding a central dark grey enameled medallion overlaid by a leftward facing platinum
