Germany, Teno. A Technical Emergency Help 1921 Honour Badge consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Philippe Cardinal of Limoilou(Technische Nothilfe Ehrenzeichen). Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a multi coloured enameled TeNo insignia within a cogwheel, in turn overlaying a ribbed gilt diamond, flanked by oak leaves and above a ribbon bearing a date of 1921, topped by a German national eagle, the reverse with a block hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, engraved with an issue number of 165, unmarked, measuring 36.
