It's a convertible style that allows you to use it as either a handbag or shoulder bag. The flap secures with a snap. The roomy three compartment interior is lined with vinyl. One of the compartments has a zippered pocket. It's in very good condition but I noted two ink marks under the flap. Can't be seen when being worn. No maker's name present.
