It looks like there used to be a closure of some sort and a black dot on the side otherwise great condition

This skirt does have half of a price tag affixed (although the size on the tag doesn't match the skirt size)

since that is how the outfit was received

The bottom half of the dress is polyester, but looks as if you were wearing satin. The skirt of the dress is not lined. The sash and crystal belt buckle is attached to the dress, it is not separate. The zipper to get in and out of the dress is located on the back, center of the dress. As far as I can see, the dress is in perfect condition! I estimate this dress
