90’s Navy & Pink Dot Print Button Front Midi Dress/duster by Bella Me beach blanket bingo 5" across under arm/bustNice lightweight slinky woven fabric (feels like rayon) in deep navy with a painterly dot pattern in a mauve pink. Seamed in full panels from top to bottom expanding to create a fabulously full a line silhouette. V neckline with pearly domed gold tone buttons all the way down the front. Long straight sleeves with lightly padded shoulders. Ties at back of waist for a more defined silhouette or tie to front for cinched belted look. Also looks incredible
