Beautifully hand painted with horizontal stripes. The decanter was made by Secla for Coffee House Imports (West Indies). It contained Coffee House Liqueur, a product of the Virgin Islands, and was distributed in the U. S. in the 1950s 1960s. This rare bottle measures 4 1 4" and comes with front and back labels.
