80’s Navy Blue Nautical Star Trim Sweatshirt by Eccobay artistic The top is trimmed withSuper soft, nautical themed sweatshirt by 80s brand Eccobay. It's got that faux double layered effect where it looks like you're wearing an undershirt, but it's attached. Unfortunately, there is no material tag, but the fabric is sort of a cross between a sweater and sweatshirt. Good vintage condition. Very slight pilling and there is a teeny tiny notch taken out of the collar (see pic). Please note that there is no size tag attached, so please check
