BUCKLE IS REMOVABLE (SNAPS OFF). INSIDE IT IS SIGNED BY THE ARTIST. BUCKLE HAS A BIT OF GLUE OR SOMETHING STUCK ON I HAVE NOT TRIED TO REMOVE IT. BELT LENGTH IS 31. 5"
