Collarless with short cuffed sleeves and pearl button and loop closing bodice to just below the waist. Waist is elastic and the skirt is pleated. There is a matching belt but it has yellowed in the front. I have added a white stretch belt which will be included. Fabric is a slinky polyester blend. Totally washable.
