60's Black Feather Hat shredded Shoulder to Hem Length: 20Vintage half hat from the 60's with layers of black feathers that curve to one side in a swirl. 23" across x 5" wide. 22" around inside. Vintage Condition *Good Condition other then the delicacy of the feathers. See last two photos. Must be handled with care, but definitely wearable.
