Beautiful lightweight black cotton dress with cased elastic at the top and bottom of the bodice. The dress is a deep rich black. I have lightened some of the photos to show you the details. Two tier ankle length skirt the bottom half of the bottom tier is eyelet as pictured. Adjustable flat spaghetti straps embellished with self fabric bows. Lined with soft black silk chiffon. Pulls on over the
