The fabric is a polished cotton with a little bit of sheen and body (like starched cotton) that makes the skirt flare out a bit, (no petticoat was used for the photos). Pretty all over floral print includes roses and daisies in cool pastel shades of: blue, turquoise, lavender and green. The bodice has a scoop neck and contour darts, front and back for fit. Short sleeves are set in and have a
