The main portion of the choker is made from black velvet. There are three mixed metal, brass filigree (very ornate) pendants which are hand sewn onto the velvet. The choker connects with it's original brass closure where one long slender bar slides into the other. The clasp is sturdy and will not let the piece fall off, however it is not
