Sleeveless with a button bodice, full pleated skirt, side zipper and unattached sash belt. There's two side seam pockets on each hip. Fabric is 98% cotton and 2% elastane. White background with pink, yellow, blue, green vertical stripes. Excellent condition. Label is Kate Spade, Look for the Silver Lining. Tagged a size 2. Please check the measurements carefully keeping in mind there is no give to this fabric. Bust
