70’s Floral Print White Halter Empire Waist Maxi Dress by Tory Richard of Honolulu glas beads Note: These beads are handmade70s sleek Hawaiian halter dress by Tory Richard of Honolulu. Fabric is a middleweight off white polyester crepe with sweet bouquets of wildflowers in yellow, orange pink and green. Halter bodice has a built in padded bra and cross over neckline which gathers into an empire waist band. Skirt gathers on from there and flares out to a wide ruffle at the hem. The back has straps that start at the low back and attach to the button neckband. Dress fastens
