These skorts have a knee length skirt and plain shorts underneath (cycle shorts style) The Skirt is not quite a full circle skirt but does still have the important twirl factor! Choose your patterned fabric for the skirt and your plain fabric for the shorts and waistband. Fabric choice is Winter Animals
