80's High Waist Circle Wrap Skirt by Chloe For Giorgio Beverly Hills mans shirt oh so glamorous matching blazerFabulous and rare 1980s circle wrap skirt by Chloe for Giorgio Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive's first luxury boutique. Made in France. No fabric tag, but based on feel, I believe this skirt is 100% wool. Fully lined with a silky fabric. This circle wrap skirt has a high corset type waist, with boning in the back (photo 9) and sides (photo 5). It fastens on the front left with hook and eye closures (photos 10 & 11). In excellent vintage condition; there is
