40's Red Fringe Brim Hat thats me Not sure of the materialNew old stock hat coming from a store that has been closed for decades. Dates to the 1930's to early 1940's. Bright red wool felt with a fringed brim. Deep crown with a small flatten top wrapped in a wide grosgrain hatband which makes a back bow and two streamers. Interior is finished with the original grosgrain ribbon. It does show some age. The red hatband is a replacement, as the original faded. The inside ribbon is faded but the wool body of the
