Bust 38 VFG chiffon Cowl. FEATURES: Frothy, lovely dress! Pretty Blue roses floral print chiffon fabric. Flattering Drop waist design with full micro pleats and circle skirt. Skirt has purple net lining with acetate purple lining as well. The purple net shields the acetate but is clearly seen on bodice for beautiful contrast. Cowl neckline with scoop
