Ultra high double layered waist band one side is turquoise blue and the reverse side is emerald green as pictured. The waistband is made to be worn folded and buttons at the center front. There is an attached decorative self fabric green sash belt sewn to the back of the skirt. Full gathered skirt with a band of green cotton a few above the bottom. Hidden right and left side seam pockets.
