60's Navy Blue Straw Cloche Style Hat tree frog 1960’s Philmaid nylon full slip1960's deep crown navy blue straw brimmed hat. 5 inch crown has stitched down indentations on both sides and the front. Hatband is a navy blue grosgrain ribbon with side streamers. The narrow brim measures 2 inches and flips up on the left side. Underneath is lined with a matching blue fabric. Interior is finished with a blue grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 inches, crown height is 5 inches. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or
