Blue Floral Print Pleated Hem Dress ukrainian scarf skirt size 8This dress is perfect for summer. Made of a breezy silky lightweight fabric printed with oversized floral rose clusters. There is no label in this dress and it has some hand stitching finishes and is very well made. Pleats at the skirt hem. Sleeves have cut out key holes to expose the shoulder. Back of dress ties at the neck for a flattering detail. Excellent condition. Dress photographed on a small mannequin I recommend it for a size medium but
