The whole hat is covered in a fine burgundy colored netting which keeps the feathers in place. A sweet grossgrain ribbon bow is placed in front, with a ribbon band around the bottom. A Dana Marte' Original. It measures 21" in circumference and is 4 1 2" tall. The perfect fall winter hat! *
