40's Black Felt Feathered Halo Hat by New York Creations size medium dress 26"-38" elastic waist1940's black felt halo style hat. Back edge is wired for placement security. The front is a large upward cuff that holds a black feather array. A little jewel braid is stitched on the base of the feather. Interior has the standard grosgrain ribbon. Label is New York Creations. Measuring on the inside, side to side is 14 1 2 inches. Front rise is 3 inches. Excellent condition with only the feather showing some age.
