80’s Navy Floral Secretary Dress by RJ Stevens kitty hawk duck Very nice qualityVINTAGE 80s SECRETARY DRESS Vintage 80s secretary dress made of great quality rayon done in navy blue & beige floral print. Layered look with attached white sleeves and bib. Surplice bodice partially wraps in front with 2 button closure at waist & hidden snaps closing the bib panel. Slightly dropped waist (elasticized in back). Side pockets. Sharp shoulder pads. 3 4 sleeves with vertical pleat & button trim. A line skirt with flat pleats in front.
