Sleeves are 23. 5 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to empire waist seam is 14. This measures like a medium but Id recommend it for a small as the fabric is so thick. Has crew neck, three large buttons down front ( front is open below that) and A line skirt. Has two inseam side pockets. Fabric is a very thick wool
