Fabric is a polyester in tiny knife or micro pleating. Belt is a lightweight metal adjustable length. Label is AGB Dress, Byer of California, Made in the U. S. A. Excellent condition with no issues. I did give it a gentle soak so it is fresh, clean ready to wear. Tagged a vintage size 10 but please check the measurements carefully. There is a small
